This 21-piece big band featuring some of Colorado’s finest players is excited to present its 11th annual holiday show in the beautiful 2nd floor ballroom at The Pearl (formerly The Mercury Cafe). The show is a celebration of the group’s 2nd release, a live album recorded in the same room in 2024. This show will also be recorded by Colin Bricker of Mighty Fine Productions for planned release as a holiday album. The band plays original compositions and arrangements in a broad diversity of styles, including swing, Afro-Cuban, and hip hop. The Republic’s first studio release, Grass Is Greener is available on Dazzle Recordings.
